Shipping Policy

Please note that shipping estimates do not include processing estimates. Processing is the time in which we locate and pack your orders ready for shipping. All orders and processed within 1-2 Business days. You will receive an order confirmation once processing has begun and another once your order has been shipped. Please note that potential delays can occur due to postal service issues beyond our control.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within 10km of Heathmont, Melbourne. For orders under $100, we charge $10 for local delivery.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Instore Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 141 Canterbury Road, Heathmont 3135. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email or text message when your order is ready along with pick up instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8AM- 4PM Monday- Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 


International Shipping

At this time we only offer shipping to locations within Australia. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping To P.O. Boxes

If your delivery address is a P.O box we recommend selecting the Australia Post option for delivery as unfortunately Sendle is not able to delivery to P.O boxes.
