Here at Fetch Collective we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to make a return we ask that your item must is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Our customers are very important to us so if you locate any issues or if your item is defective, damaged or your receive the wrong item please get in contact with us so that we can ensure to send you a replacement, organise a refund and offer any further help required. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase our team will be most happy to help you with an exchange so long as the order is returned to us in the condition outlined above in our returns policy.
In the case of a refund we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and keep in contact as to the outcome. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*Please consider purchases and be sure to correctly measure your dogs as we are unable to offer refunds if you have selected the wrong size or you change your mind. If the item is returned to us in the condition outlined above in the returns policy you will be offered an exchange only (Credits may be offered at the discretion of the Fetch Collective. Team.) For change of mind and incorrect sizing purchases shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
